"Absolute scam of an experience. I booked a room here and arrived 30 minutes later, only to be turned away at the front desk because they have a strict 21+ check-in policy. I am 18 years old. The restriction was hidden deep in fine print policy pages and not clearly shown before booking. Because I literally booked it 30 minutes prior, the hotel lost zero vacancy, zero money, and suffered no damages. Despite this, the manager flat-out refused to authorize a waiver or a refund for a room I didn't...

"The cabin was actually a cute little lodging. It was an individual structure surrounded by other similar cabins. It had the basic amenities; one queen bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning unit, and two desks. It had a small half closet for hanging up clothes. The bathroom was stocked with the essentials; toilet paper, tissue and towels, and hair dryer. It was comfortable and clean."
