"This property is excellent! Fifth visit for us and we will return. Staff are all amazing, the rooftop pool and bar are just gorgeous, breakfast is first class and rooms are beautiful. They went above and beyond on this visit as we took our son with us who has coeliac, the gluten free options they provided were brilliant. "Great hostel, good Central location. 5 minutes walk into the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed and good communication from the host throughout our stay. If I'm nit picking the only very slight drawback was, the bedroom curtains, weren't full blackout (I'm a very light sleeper) but this was a very small thing, and it probably won't affect most people. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Recommended. "

"Chambre avec des coulisses sur les murs et une odeur persistante de Porto séché, des mini fourmis qui montent sur les meubles, lair climatisé qui ne sort aucun air, fenêtres qui n’ouvre pas, porte de douche qui est brisée et sortie de son socle, même chose pour le bouchon du drain de la douche. Arrivée tardive (autour de minuit) et on me dit que la clim sera réparée le lendemain (on y reste qu’une seule nuit). C’est de loin le Pire hôtel que j’ai fait et je ne recommande absolument pas!!!"

"Staff were lovely and attentive, bathrooms were clean, common room is a bit spartan... but the real issue is the beds; they're a bit of a mess. Wooden frames that creak, wobble like crazy, and wake everyone in the room over even slight movements. No AC, and the fans used to substitute sadly don't reach up to the top bunks so you're just profusely sweating while you desperately try not to move. Overall I'd say only stay if you really need a cheap bed. Think of it like an amusement ride!"

"Check in mit Papier Formular zum ausfüllen, Ausweis wird kopiert, so wie damals obwohl man via verifizierten app Account gebucht hat - und bei diesem Theater noch zickiges und extrem unfreundliches Personal was 2 Euro in bar abkassiert. Aber dass mitten in der Nacht zwei Stunden Möbel gerückt werden und man von 3-5 nicht schlafen kann ist halt schade. Fazit: wannabe aber leider fake und sehr unprofessionell "

"Für kurze Aufenthalte okay. Wir waren je zu Beginn und zum Ende unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass man nachts aufwacht, wenn der Nachbar hustet… Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer, das erste hatte kaum Tageslicht, da es nur einen kleinen Lichthof hatte, somit die Aussicht durch das Fenster einfach nur Beton. Das Zimmer war auch sehr klein, es gab keinen Schrank und das Bett war nur...
