Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable...

Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. "Great location. Very close to Colosseum. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Water pressure was low and temperature was hard to get right. Either hot or cold. AC remote was broken so I could not figure out how to get the right setting. Outside noise was loud at times, but at night with earplugs it was okay. "
