"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. We didnt bother reporting, as we had to head out for a tour and we were checking...

"We stayed here for 3 nights. This place is only 10 to 15 minute walking distance to Colosseum and Metro Train and close to restaurants and convenient stores. This place was very clean and everything worked well including air conditioning and fridge. I would definitely come back to this place if I visit Rome again."

This was our second stay at this hotel and would defo consider it again for whenever we go back. "The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this...
