"Adding to my first review: The bed in the Standard Room with queen bed was very hard. There is no pillow top mattress or down comforter as advertised in the listing. Along with the noise from the tram that passes right outside your window and the paper-thin walls which allow every single noise from neighboring rooms (including conversations) through, the hard bed will be another reason you can’t get proper rest."

We loved that the sofa bed was already set up - and the mattress was actually really comfy! There were some snacks and drinks provided too, which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was fast, and overall, my family and I were very happy with our stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Superb! "
