"As I stated in another review (we checked out, traveled other cities in Italy and returned for our last two days...big mistake). Lost power in the room on our last day in the middle of the night. Never asked us if everyone was ok, did we fix it, etc...Needed help contacting ITA airlines. No help there. Our Uber driver helped us. Just complete lack of concern. Such a disappointment as the Room Mate in Madrid was phenomenal. "

"Great place to stay and great location. I was able to gain exterance no problem by using whatsapp little place below to have a coffee and pastry before starting your day. I read other reviews about having trouble getting in, but if you communicate with them before hand, its no problem"

"There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...

"The host was very communicative the day of our arrival which made finding the hotel and checking in straightforward. Our room was ready early which made our day that much easier! The room was very clean and the setup was perfect for our family of three, with the most comfortable bedding, pillows and shower we had our entire trip. We would certainly stay here again!"

"I had the most pleasant stay for 2 nights at this hotel! Stefano was very kind and welcoming and communicated so well with me before, during, and after my stay he is so kind! I arrived an hour later after a flight delay and he stayed longer before closing to welcome me and show me my room. The breakfast is so great and staff are so friendly and attentive to all guests. The location was perfect and close to all the important sites as well as local stations. I will definitely return after this...
