"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. We didnt bother reporting, as we had to head out for a tour and we were checking...

"This is the best bang for your buck. Rooms were fair size, very very clean. Staff were very helpful (even helped with restaurant suggestions, and they were right the food was amazing where they suggested) air conditioned. Location was perfect. 8 minute walk from train station, 15 minutes to the fountain and 8 minutes from the colosseum. We will 100% stay here when we come back."

"The room was great in general and it has great location. But be mindful there is no lobby down stairs for someone to assist you. It’s self check in by calling the manager. Something’s that I didn’t like was sending my documents through whatsup which I couldn’t connect. The second part, I felt unsafe and nervous. The last part is the elevator does not work which is frustrating having to carry the luggage through the long stairs. A man might manage but if you are a lady, o would not recommend this...

"Stayed as family of 4 in early Summer. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean room, we really enjoyed the stay. Air conditioning was working great when we were staying during 33c+ weather. Super market is just across the street, many good Trattoria, Pasticceria, and Bar in short walk."
