"The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "We rent a room that was not very clear what mean accessibly room . We didn’t know it . But we arrived at the hotel and try to change to room and the front desk said I was not possibly. "The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel. "Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for."
