"Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. "Could not fault our stay. The Deluxe bungalow was perfect for us 4 on our girls holiday, best of both worlds with the pool right next to the sea. The staff were so attentive and friendly, breakfast was amazing! I am recommending staying here to my friends and family!!"

Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. "Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage.
