"The property was located in a very scenic area of the city and away from the ongoing road construction in town. Upon pulling up to the rental unit, we observed that the cleaners left trash and other items by the walkway from the parking lot. These items were picked up the following afternoon. As we entered the unit, we observed that it looked old, tired, and dirty. The color scheme was on the dark side with dirty walls, baseboards, and switches/outlets. The bathroom was the dirtiest and gross. Most of the floors in the unit appeared to be a brown vinyl planks that didn’t look too clean. We cleaned off several of the light switches and baseboards. Additionally, we cleaned the coffee maker and dishwasher filter. The patio door lock was broken and there was a folding bar on the other side of the door. On the plus side, the countertops and sinks appeared clean. Overall, we weren’t really looking to be cleaning during our vacation and this didn’t live up to our expectations. We won’t be staying here again."
