"There should be advise about where to find grass for the dogs. A block away. When I returned through garage, no note was on door saying it was locked and needed key. I pried it open, dogs walked through and it closed on my dog leash. Very very dangerous, no signage(despite what desk said) An arrest in the lobby, 5 men, just...unpleasant. I won't return. "

"Great location and price. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our only negatives would be the "year-round" hot tub was not operational, and you had to re-sign back into the wifi EVERY single day (multiple if your computer went to sleep)."

"Rooms: Rooms were clean. The bathroom vent needs attention though! it was not working while we were there, so there was no where for the moisture to escape. Staff: all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast: it was good. Not sure you need the brown stuff? I felt like every morning, not many people were eating it. I feel like that time and money, could be spent on something else? Maybe a waffle maker? The fruit options you have is awesome, so pairing that with a fresh waffle would be fantastic. get rid of the brown stuff that is to the right of the pancakes. Outdoors - we loved the area in general - it was clean and there was plenty of areas to sit outside. We loved the gas fire place that is under the canopy near the pool. Though the gas BBQ pits were in terrible condition. The burners were rusted out, so flames aren't manageable and the thermometers were broken too. Just get rid of them instead of letting them sit there. Pool: very small compared to other hotels so it was a little cramped when there are older folks that want to relax, then you have young kids that want to splash and play. "

"Our first room was near the elevator and was noisy. I asked for a different room and was immediately given a room down the hall that was perfect. Wonderful staff was happy to accommodate us. "

"Room was very clean, front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as the room wasn’t very expensive I wasn’t expecting such a nice stay. "

"The property is gorgeous! The staff, especially Barry at the front desk, could not have been more kind! We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Had no issues, other than I found some gross hairballs stuck to a couple of my towels. I know mistakes happen, so this isn’t a big deal. Otherwise, A grade stay. Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip."
