"Nice"

"I booked this location to attend a Concert; instead of rushing downtown in traffic I figured I could get a room get dressed and walk over to the venue when it was time to check in at 5:30 PM I was told that no rooms were available. Of course they apologize for the inconvenience, but the inconvenience was already done. Had to go all the way back home. Get dressed drive back downtown pay for parking. You only find out that my room was not ready until 2 AM. The funny thing I was still charged for a whole night spoke with a representative at the desk and let them know when they called me at 2 AM that I will not be checking in. Oh well you live and learn. "

"The last up front was very helpful with my check in. Keep an eye out on my uhaul while I was sleeping"

"We had a comfortable stay at The Hotel while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed not having to leave the hotel to dine . The restaurants on site were delicious."

"Pictures online didn’t depict the room experience well. Bathroom was dirty and needs to be updated. Room was definitely worse than rated. Staff wasn’t very helpful to my issues. Don’t be fooled by the low prices. "
