Would avoid, unless you like chaos

Hosts weren't very useful upon check in with an issue about spiders we had! The place wasn't clean, hair on the bed and sofa. Wasn't very homely and not as described. Left without staying a night and went to the local hotel where I got 10/10 service every night.

First time in a pod and can’t vault it from the welcome pack to the cleanliness.The space was unbelievable and the bed very comfy . The outside patio set is a bonus too as lovely to eat outside weather depending .

Good but a bit loud

Good stay it was clean and all very nice with the amenities but with the train going past near by a bit loud. Overnight it was fine as no trains but relaxing during the day was not too good.

Lovely pod for our final night around the Nc500. Very comfortable and welcoming, wildflowers, coffee and basics all there. Great there was secure bike storage and a track pump, seemed to have thought of everything. Great shower! Very little in terms of food in the area so if travelling by bike, stop when you can before for food!

Excellent.

Such a nice overnight stay made special by small touches. Ice in the freezer, ground coffee and shortbread for snacking, paracetamol in the cupboard just in case you need it…these things coupled with a lovely clean bathroom and a comfortable bed made all the difference. Very easy to find although we managed to drive past by mistake. Highly recommended.

Glamping done right!

I'd never stayed in a glamping pod before so i wasn't entirely sure what to expect before arrival. I decided to give it a shot, given that I needed an early morning train from Ardgay for the long rail journey down to Penzance(!). My word, was I surprised at just how good it was. Comfortable, clean, cosy and well equipped with the sort of stuff that would work nicely for a week long stay, forget one night! I've stayed in good places and I've stayed in great places. On this occasion, its going straight to my shortlist of exceptional places I've stayed. In simple terms, if anyone reads this review, contemplating staying at these glamping pods, I'd implore them to book right away!

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing!! The pod was beyond expected, with regards to cleanliness i can only describe it as imaculate, we felt like we were the first people to ever stay, it was as if it was all brand new. Location was beautiful, with a nice view of fields as you look out. The attention to detail really made us feel at home, breakfast was there, all the amenities were perfect. Any stay we have now will be compared to this one, and it will be very dificult to top it.

Fantastic beautiful, immaculate Pod!

We absolutely loved the Ardgay Pod, just went for one night for something different to do but it was fantastic. Beautifully located, and probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, it was just immaculate. You could easily do a week here, has everything you need with some lovely little touches which make it really comfortable. Really lovely friendly welcome from Paul who was willing to help with anything at all. Just can't reccommend it highly enough! Fantastic place!!

A room with a view

The pods are beautiful equipped with everything that you need and some lovely little touches. Amazing views of the countryside. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
