"On the plus side—The location of the Sonata is excellent. Within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The dining room and plant room are both sunny and cheerful. It was nice that they had tea, coffee, snacks available on the main floor and the upstairs floors. On the minus side—our room and bathroom seemed tired and dated. "Our room was a little outdated, but perhaps its only the pet friendly rooms as we traveled with our dogs. Free continental breakfast was satisfactory. The first night there was an incident in the boiler room that triggered the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate. For the next 2 days there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said we'd get a $75 discount refunded from expedia on our 4-night stay, which we never received."
