"There was no washing machine in room 509 but they moved us to another, bigger, much nicer room at no charge that had both a washer and dryer. Once I figured out how to work them, everything was fine.

"This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. "The is a cute, quaint hotel with a lot of nostalgia. The rooms are very spacious, comfy beds with plenty of pillows. The location was perfect, we walked around til after 11:00 pm & felt safe. Staff was wonderful. My only comment was we were on the 3rd floor, which was “ok” for us mid 50’s. But if you have bad knees, etc I would make sure to get a room on the lower floor. Parking garage is right across from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again…"
