"I enjoyed my stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The hotel is tucked just off Rittenhouse Square on a charming side street, and walking to Walnut Street for shopping and dining couldn’t have been easier. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I truly loved my experience here and plan to stay again anytime I’m in Philadelphia. I would highly recommend it to my friends."

The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

"Bed sheet had blood stains. Paint was chipping from the walls and floorboards, which were also badly scuffed. Desk chair was ripped in two places. Room was shabby overall. No streaming on TV. No coffee or tea service in room. A/C blew on and off constantly. Guest booked three nights but left after the first. It took hours on the phone to get someone to authorize a partial refund. "I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise."
