THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THE ROOM THAT THE KEURIG IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK.WE WERE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY COFFEE.

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
The coffee pot didn't work well. Had to hold down the button. Glad to have the microwave but had to remind them of it. Very satisfied. Will stay again.
