"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"In Expedia it says 10 minutes to city center., it was actually 40 minutes, I had to take the taxi each way $60. I loved the staff, Julia, Adriana and Aurora were very nice and attentive they also spoke English. Three more things that made me write this review is: The hallways are spooky you have to step into the hallway to get the light to turn on and the walls are painted in dark grey. "Luca and Barbara run their hotel with passion and attention to details. The rooms are spacious, everything was in very good condition and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Communication via WhatsApp was good and efficient. Many thanks and see you again!"

"this Hotel is brand new and the staff was very accommodating! This location is not ideal for visiting the Old city of Milan, and the Museum of Leonardo Di Vinci and the Domo which was amazing. $25 to $30 cab ride to just about everything. The location ( far from downtown) was the only down side"
