"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. My stay was absolutely perfect – I didn’t expect it to be so clean, cozy, and comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. When I couldn’t find the hotel and called for help, the owner was so kind that she came to pick me up in her car down the street. That really shows how much they care about their guests. "Great place to stay if you need to be around this area. Huge rooms, our had a private bathroom but across the corridor, which was a minor thing but easy to use anyway. It is not in the centre of Milan, you will need to take tube to get to Milan, it is easy and convenient and the town where is located is beautiful. Worth walking around and getting to know a proper residential area in Milan "

"We had a wonderful stay for one night. It was easy to find and we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant before settling in for the night. The room was clean and quiet, the shower hot and the beds very comfy. The staff were very nice and helpful too, with a delicious breakfast in the morning (great cappuccino!). Highly recommend."

"The staff at this hotel was so incredible I can't say enough about them. Hotel was clean and had everything you would need. Restaurants were close. Train station was a bit of a walk. Not centrally located. Train system was a little challenging. Alot of the city was dirty and people were rude around the city."
