Hotel Nelva
No kettle in the room, but at certain hours of the day you can get free hot water in the lobby bar. Hotel is fine but we didn’t like the area, it did not feel safe.

Occidental Murcia Agalia
Overall the hotel and room are clean. Parking machine not working. The plug for charging cellphone is so hidden under the night table that it's almost unreachable.one has to kneel and crawl under to plug in cable.. No YouTube and Netflix like other hotels.

The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine.
