"El transporte que ofrece del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa es una ventaja, esperamos el transporte y en 15 minutos llegamos al Hotel. Ubicación muy estratégica si quieren pasar una noche o dos noches de stop over en Madrid, hay un supermercado (ahorramas) al lado de la propiedad, tener en cuenta que domingo abre de 10h a 15h. A unos 15 minutos caminando hay más supermercados como Aldi y BM supermercados. Personal muy amigable y servicial, ofrecen desayuno por pago extra, camas muy cómodas, incluyen toallas, unas slippers y café para hacer en la habitación muy rico, english breakfast entre otros. También la propiedad cuenta con refrigerador con agua gratis para huéspedes (en la habitación ya dejan agua). Al momento de hacer check out es súper rápido y fácil solo dejas lo que te entregaron al momento de hacer check in en una caja. Nos fue conveniente ya que teníamos que salir para el aeropuerto rápido. Igualmente usamos el transporte gratis que brinda el hotel. Lo recomiendo."

"It location is near metro and even walking, if you are up to it, yo can get to puerta del sol, gran via, cibeles am parque del retiro. Having coffee and soft drink free help a lot"

"The hotel is perfectly located and it appears to have been remodeled. Our room was spacious, cleaned perfectly every day. The front desk staff was on all the time. Super responsive. My only surprise was the price of breakfast at the hotel when we missed the buffet. Other than that I would book it again."
