When we read back through the French messages they say you need to phone in the morning in advance if you will be late. I'm not sure how you can phone in advance if your flight gets delayed. After two stressful hours calling we gave up and had to book another hotel"

"A l'accueil la réceptionniste de l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner d'informations car elle ne s'occupait pas des appartements. Elle a juste vaguement dit dans quelles directions ils se trouvaient. Bien sûr pas de bonjour ni rien. Le clic clac était tâché, tout était sale et vétuste et ce qui semblait vraiment bien être de la matière fécale était sur le porte papier toilette !
