"We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean."

"Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)"

"Friendly staff. Suspicious charges to my credit card. Pool water slide caused injuries to my two sons, kids pool wasn’t open, jacuzzi temperature was lukewarm."

"The toilet kept running. I took off the cover and adjusted it to stop it running. It was fine after I did that"

"Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work."

"The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected."

"Sheets had hair on them and the sink drain did not work. Check-in was strange with the clerk asking whether I had just made the reservation that day (I had not). Tall folks will need to duck under low-hanging light fixtures in the lobby. Walls are paper thin, you will hear your neighbors speaking in a normal conversational voice. Refrigerator door would not close and freezer badly needed to be defrosted. Breakfast ended early. Would not stay here again despite the convenient location."

"The room wasn't very clean. The linens looked not changed. There weren't any towels in the bathroom. When we got there we had to plug everything in and hope it was going to work. The elevator was not working. The carpet felt very dirty on your feet."

"The whole place was full of different smells-each time you turned down another hall or entered your room you’d smell something different. The shower had no hot water on the second day. My friend’s room had no electricity when they woke up and another room had one of the two main floor windows broken. Gun shots were heard from the parking lot-cop sirens right after so pretty sure that’s what it was and not fireworks. Other than that the front desk staff was friendly at check in."

"-Location is great. -Early check is $30 fee if you are early into town. -The check-in process took longer than expected. International staff, be patient. -Rooms were clean, hallways were dusty with visible dust on walls and heat registers. -Hot tub is not usable. -Parking is limited- 2 handicapped spots- two other spots were closer to the door, but were reserved for staff with a sign “No Parking, Authorized vehicles only.” -Very quiet -I am handicapped- bathrooms are small for a handicapped...

"Room Rate was fair. No coffee cups in the room, no napkins in the breakfast area. No kleenex tissues in the room. Bath tub/shower needs a update. Breakfast area was made crowded by several large boxes/items sin part of the room."
