"I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

"If your child or you becomes ill or vomits on the floor or bed, a $150 damage deposit will be incurred. Their TVs experienced technical difficulties, and I was unable to watch one show without it glitching same with our friend who was staying in the other room, had the same problem with the TV "

"So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but...

"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "

"We had a great time on our spring break with grandkids. Staff were excellent. You can access the pool when it opens before check in on day of arrival. Lazy River including wave pool & water slides were great. Very close to MOA —so one evening we ate there at food court & went on rides there too. Arcade at GWL was also fun & dance nights in lobby were great for kids & bubble machines. Such a great time. On check out day—you can use pool & activities after checkout to closing. Kids were worn out...

"Breakfast was fantastic! Best continental breakfast I've ever had. The room was very nice and spacious, and very clean. Was a bit load in the common areas and pool area due to a group of 20 -30 teenagers. Wasn't as peaceful as I'd hoped. "
