While some of the staff, including the restaurant servers, were very nice, the man who calls himself the manager was rude, dishonest, evasive and unaccommodating. "Het Valentia Cabillers voelt als een boutique hotel. Het ligt zeer centraal, bijna tegen de kathedraal We hadden kamer 102 en die was ruim. Schoonmaak was altijd gedaan. Bed was prettig. Ontbijt op het dakterras is, mede door de uitstekende, vriendelijke bediening een genot. Keuze is niet super uitgebreid, maar meer dan voldoende en van prima kwalitieit. Volgende keer zou ik weer hiervoor kiezen. Als ik dan een minpunt moet noemen, dan is dat dat de airco vrij gehorig is."
