First place: an anonymous review HELPS US ZERO, I can’t investigate the matter you speak about nor see the cameras and the incident you claimed has happened. The lady boss you talk about is my wife and she is the softest talking person I know. Second place: We recently had a female guest that made a lot of trouble at the reception because she didn’t want to pay taxes, and that was it. Perhaps it was that since it was the only incident reported to me about a situation like you describe.Third place: My female personnel are a bit distressed with your “sensitive” adjective and its association to the “lady” term, pointing that statement as a bit misogynistic.Finally, hiding behind an anonymous shroud do not help at all, and may generate an uncomfortable feeling to all the staff, like you just did.I won’t ask for any more information regarding that incident since the matter has already been cleared with all my collaborators.Have a nice day!

Las huéspedes son las personas más malcriadas, groseras y prepotentes que hemos tratado. Mienten descaradamente respecto a los bienes que utilizan y destruyen e incluso respecto a las condiciones del servicio, alegando haber solicitado un desayuno que no damos y que en una sola ocasión accedimos a dar por cortesía, haciendo demandas absurdas.Me faltaron el respeto a mi como propietario del negocio y del lugar. Es por ello que les invitamos a retirarse de las instalaciones.Honestamente, gente malcriada, de callejón, sin educación ni valores, que confunde servicialidad con servidumbre.Quisieron quedarse 7 noches adicionales y tuve que ordenar que no se acepte prolongar su estadía indicando que nos encontramos llenos, debido a que todo el personal se encontraba incómodo con su trato abusivo y despectivo.¿Si les disgustaba tanto el lugar, por que quisieron seguir quedándose?Se ha presentado una queja a la empresa donde laboran porque honestamente dejan una terrible impresión si es que representan los valores de la firma.
