The Hotel is centrally located and very nice. What makes it excellent are the staff . They are amazing and friendly . They even made us a take away breakfast bag because our flight was early on leaving. We have not had this kind of dedicated service in the USA for years . We forgot what it was like to have worker that appreciate their jobs and their customers

Algo de ruido, pero muy buen hotel

El hotel es muy bonito, la comida deliciosa y el personal es de lo más atento y amable. El único problema que tuve es que mi habitación daba al patio central del hotel y las ventanas y puertas no bloquean tan bien el sonido. Alrededor de las 6/6:30 empieza el movimiento, empiezan a circular ciertas personas por el área y el ruido hace que resulte difícil querer seguir durmiendo hasta algo más tarde. Sucede lo mismo durante la noche, mientras están recogiendo el restaurante y hay algo de movimiento de mesas.

best hotel among my 2 month trip in south america, reception dont speak fluent english but very helpful, room dont have kettle , and need hot water for cup noodles, they help me get from restaurant fair breadfast and help me cooked new egg once i arrived. room is clean and bed is comfortable. just one block from down, super convenient.

Great location

Great location in the heart of town, with a very profesional and attentive staff - 10/10. Only down side for me was the room was a little small and the noise carried too easily from one room to another.

Hotel de charme en plein centre d'Arequipa

Hotel très bien situé, central et avec du charme, maison coloniale en pierre avec un joli patio intérieur. Personnel très attentionné. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et confortable mais pas d'eau chaude le matin très tôt à 5h30.....dommage!!!!
