My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett

Had the best nights sleep. The hotel is in front of a park and a short distance to restaurants and the 9 Arches that overlook the city.

We had a problem finding this because the name on the outside is Refugio Ecologica (not Hotel Terra).It is easy to find if you know to look for the flags outside. Great location across from a park and set in from the road so nice and quiet. Room was really fresh and comfortable, with huge tv. Also huge showerhead. The breakfast was a really nice buffet which changed in the two days we were there (really different than most hotels) and the dining area was outside under the hanging umbrellas. The staff helped us with an unusual request and Diego was extra helpful fixing the billing issue we had. I highly recommend.
