"Rooms were a good size. A plus was a bath and shower although you have improvise and make your own plug . The bar is a bit limited but there are plenty of nearby places. A big plus is its right next to the bus and train station and the number 1 tram line which gives you access to the rest of the city. The breakfast is just ok with eggs eggs eggs eggs( maybe beans tomatoes could be added ) Bacon wasnāt on offer for 2 of the days and the toaster was constantly turned off There is a bakery next door where you could get other stuff I would recommend this hotel though as there is enough stuff at breakfast to fill you up. All in all a decent stay"

"The hotel is in a very convenient location near the beach. The rooms were very dirty with dead bugs on the walls and a bad odor. The staff was kind and the meals were fine. There isnāt much parking."

"I booked this on the morning of the stay as let down by another apartment, basically was a scam! Easy to book but didn't realise a deposit required. Was returned quickly after left. I didn't receive an access code but luckily cleaners leaving apartment told me to go to the door by the Orange office (1 mins round corner from flat) to sort which was quite smooth. Apartment was big and clean. Basic equipment but no instructions how to use combination microwave (dial style) or air con but got there in the end. No English tv but no problem as had phone connected to wifi. Great location, 15 mins from train/bus station, 10 mins from park, 5 mins from bus to beach (look for Grau - platja, 25 mins on bus), 5 mins from cathedral, in middle of shopping area. Local shop 2 mins walk on left coming out of building which has all you need in it. Some noise from upstairs heard and from street but I am a light sleeper. Lots of towels to use. Great to have a washing machine and dish washer. Left apartment at 10am on morning of leaving to get supplies and was locked out, again cleaners came to rescue and let me back in! They were great."

"Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right itās āPerfectoā. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask for potato chips to the pool towels which are complimentary and given with a smile. The whole place is the cleanest I have experienced in another country and the room cleaning everyday is fabulous. Beds made beautifully, floors cleaned, bed pulled out. I cannot fault it. Breakfast is the most fabulous selection I have seen and thereās more than something for everyone and even a Gluten Free and Sugar Feee selection. Omelettes were cooked to perfection by the two ladies during our stay. Staff on the reception at the dining room were so friendly and caring. We didnāt go half board, however we will next time for sure. Take the idea of school dinner mush out of your mind and imagine, chilli, pizza, noodles, steak, chicken, fish, soup amongst a whole array of salads and paella with mini bowls of quinoa salads and meats. I sa le a member of staff showing care to residents who had meal requirements. Oh and they cork your wine for the next night too just like on a cruise. I didnāt know who the h"

"Hotel in good location. Reception and public areas well maintained and spotless. Rooms a bit old fashioned and could do with a spruce up but beds comfortable and shower good. Linen and towel change - brilliant. As always the hardest working staff must be the housekeepers/cleaners."
