"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, and both the maintenance and overall condition of the property are topnotch. I traveled with my mother, and our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. The staff truly made the difference everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Javier at the front desk was outstanding: professional, knowledgeable, and always ready with great recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, and anything else we needed. Inés was exceptionally warm and professional with my mother, which we truly appreciated. Ariel also did a great job and contributed to the overall positive experience. This boutique hotel is definitely toptier in Palermo Soho. Highly recommended! incredible safe for tourist . Breakfast was also good overall and a nice way to start the day."

"Pros: friendly staff, good location. Cons: the WiFi was not working at all for the entirety of my 3 day trip. I asked everyday and was told “we’ll reboot it” but it never worked. Not acceptable for a city hotel. The hotel had also run out of day passes for the local health club they partner with - again, not acceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as having gym access. If the WiFi had worked and the gym day passes were available, I would have rated the hotel 3 or 4 stars (taking into account the cost). "

"My teenage son and I had a great stay at Smart Hotel Palermo! The location is excellent. The staff is exceedingly nice and let us use the pool and spa after we checked out because it wasn’t possible to extend checkout through the afternoon. We had a relaxing and fun last afternoon in BA. The breakfast was great, including the coffee. We shared a room with two double beds—it was snug but met our needs. The WiFi was good. We would stay here again! "
