"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Parking at Batumi is a big problem and it's a good option. There are beautiful views from the breakfast room. Some guests...

"Temiz ve rahat bir yerdi. Sadece tuvalet kağıdı, sabun gibi malzemelerin daha sık yenilenmesini tercih ederdik, odada kahve, su gibi malzemeler bulunabilirdi. Havuz & restorant henüz açık değil. İntarnet var ve iyi çekiyor. Denize yakın, görevliler yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü."

"I booked the room and paid in advance based on what they said but upon arriving at the property found out that they lied about it being wheelchair accessible and could not enter the building because there are 12 steps to get to the elevator or the lobby. If you're traveling with any physical ailments do not believe their lies about being handicap accessible. I ended up having to spend money at another hotel just up the street that was handicap accessible"
