"Clean, and economical "

"Room was rather small for a king size bed. Bathroom was tiny. TV was the size of a computer monitor. Considering it was graduation weekend the breakfast was not being consisting stocked."

"The rooms were nicer than expected, clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was pretty limited. Would like greek yogurt and bananas more bread choices."

"The water is not working properly, the floors are very dirty, and the bed is nasty and uncomfortable. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience."

"Everything was fine; However I personally don’t find the decor/ambiance very warm or inviting….. just a personal preference. We did appreciate the location which is near our son’s home and we were happy about the amount we paid. The gal at the front desk was very nice and helpful."

"When we arrived we were a bit overwhelmed that this was a busy brewery restaurant complex. The receptionist Anna warned us that it was going to be a very noisy party night. She allowed us to see the room. It was very cold (concrete & steel) stark industrial style. Also big freight trains running outside our window. Anna immediately offered us a full refund which we accepted. We went to another hotel. Yet to receive this! Anna was really excellent."

"As always the property was very well kept and the room was clean. The jets were even clean when I ran them no gunk came out of them (that’s why I love the place ) the exterior door for my room made my pet friendly stay even better for walks! Love that Bubba stays free with me. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool area. Breakfast could use some improvement but I am not going to nitpick about that when everything else is spectacular!"

"The front desk lady was horrible. I asked for first floor (we have knee issues) we ended up on third floor. The breakfast was poor. . The same lady was at the front desk........horrible again!"

"Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back."

"The room was large and could be nice. The pillows were cheap foam pillows and not too nice, but other than that the room was fine. There was a bit of traffic noise. The breakfast was not very good. We went down shortly before 9 and there was very little scrambled eggs and they were dried out. There was one piece of ham and it looked like it was sitting there for a while. There were very few muffins and nothing that we wanted. They really should keep everything refreshed until the end of...

"So convenient to stay here and do a lot of errands and enjoy the opportunities of the area. However, please check Facebbok of museums, shop, etc. that you will be visiting. I had two places that I went to and they were both closed on a Friday, when they were normally open, due to private party or new hours. Nothing to devalue my stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Fargo, as there is plenty to see and do to occupy one’s day time schedule. I look to stay here again soon."

"Very clean with friendly staff. Beds and bathroom were great. There is quite a bit of wear and tear on the furnishings. I would definitely stay here again. Kim C"

"Room was clean enough. But the entire place is under renovations and that was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. Pool was closed, there were beds strewn about in the hallways, our room door didnt close properly, there were no hooks/ places to hang towels in the bathroom. "
