"We communicated with Angela throughout our stay and she was on top of things every step of the way. Our plane was delayed significantly and we arrived late. She let us in late at night. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
