"My experience was amazing. The staff was polite and deserves every praise. The amenities were great also. They came, picked us up and took us anywhere on the property we wanted to go and brought us back to our room. The entire property was clean, including our room. The food was fresh and tasted great. "I took a solo trip to AZ to rest, recharge, and enjoy reading by the pool. This property was more than I could have asked for- from friendly staff, great food, well maintained pool areas, and lots of beautiful seating nooks. I want to mention Jane at Reception who took care and kindness to another level. She was on the phone with an upset guest when I came in, but observing her assist them and then myself was great. I would absolutely book a stay here again! Do yourself a favor and book the pool...

"Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior."

"All staff interactions were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food. Ugh could be better. When my wife went to get in the shower and she grabbed a bath towel to put by the shower door a huge moth flew out of the towel. If you are on any floor other than the first expect to wait a while for the elevator. Low stock in the 24 hour store."
