We were in the lower apartment so we did hear walking about from the apartment upstairs, but the people staying above us were quiet so it wasn't an issue for us. "Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!"
