"Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff were kind, but not necessarily overly welcoming. We visited as a once yearly get-together with another couple, both of us coming from 12+ hours away. We unfortunately booked the wrong room, and were made to feel like it was a big deal to change. We were able to "upgrade" (to the same room but in the West Tower so it wasn't in the atrium), thankfully, but it wasn't the most pleasant experience.
We enjoyed the room and Jadewaters, but the weekend we went, it was nearly impossible to find a tube to enjoy in the lazy river, and there was a 4H convention so the property was overrun by teenagers. We were under the impression that the main pool was adults only, but that was also not regulated."
