"One of the people working behind your desk was Trina and I enjoyed meeting her. We were in Chicago to visit the Obama Presidential Museum and she said she hadn’t been there yet. Today as we checked out she was back behind the desk asked me to tell her about it so she could answer questions for other guests. With so many people coming and going she remembered me and asked about the reason I was in town. I enjoyed staying at Felix and will recommend it to my friends."

"We enjoyed the stay, but didn’t realize how many events were occurring (engagement party and wedding) which didn’t allow us to fully use the rooftop which was the main highlight of what we wanted to see. Parking was quite expensive, and it wasn’t included in any of the reimbursements. Overall, our day was pretty great."

"Property was very clean and enjoyed we enjoyed our room. However, there are a couple of down sides to mention. Upon arrival front desk staff was not very friendly when trying to find out where to store our bags before check in. Having to pay $2 per bag stored seemed unnecessary given the price we paid for the entirety of our stay. Additionally, when we went to retrieve our stored bags nobody was at the counter and the wait seemed unwarranted as there was a manger downstairs that could have helped but instead chose to tell us someone should be back soon. For the premium price we paid it definitely should have been better from a customer service viewpoint."
