"Shuttles were super convenient to/from the hotel and rental car drop off/pickup.
However whoever was above our room was banging on the floor or dropping things all night. It was ridiculously loud and we could not get any sleep."

"On our first night, we heard a domestic violence situation happening in the room next-door. We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. The room seemed fine, but considering the domestic violence situation that happened two days ago it felt very unsafe. I was not...
