"The room was clean but outdated and small, also did not have a microwave. Also had major issues trying to get ahold of the hotel to confirm our reservation for that reason only I will never book a room with a Hyatt hotel. Sometimes AI is not the best option to answering questions, but then again still could not get a human either."

"The Location of this place is excellent! Super quick and easy walk to the metro. On site parking available. Lots of restaurants to choose from, we chose Ragtime again and again LOL. The hotel does have a gym, no swimming pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner offered. We saw many people taking advantage of the inside bar having a drink or some wine. Staff was so nice and happy very helpful and said hello every time we passed coming or going."

"I expected more from Marriott. The airport shuttle was fine, check-in was fine, and the room was fine. The mini-market was unattended, and the scan devices were unstable--it took many attempts. In my room, I wanted to see a map of the hotel, but there was none, and the options on the TV screen led nowhere. I called to ask about wifi, and they said you gotta PAY for wifi, so I skipped the wifi. I called again around 11pm, but got a message that the number was not available (not even a message of...

"It’s a tiny room but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. I couldn’t use the tub unfortunately because the stopper was broken. The little kitchen downstairs was fabulous and the coffee was really good. Cannot beat the neighborhood for shopping restaurants and strolling. Thanks again!"
