"The walls are very thin! I heard every conversation, every alarm, every door closing. The room was clean but my view was of a concrete roof and the ceiling above the toilet was full of water and ready to burst at any moment. The property needs some work. "

"We have stayed here multiple times over the last 4 years. About 3 times a year. The hotel must have changed hands. Staff is very nice and room was clean. The room felt musty, like the ac filter needed changing. The sound on the TV could be better...not the best sound. Breakfast was disappointing. Prior to this visit, a full buffet was offered, serving, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, waffles, etc. This time was eggs, sausage, only white bread, cereal, and some yogurt. Didn't even have real cream for the coffee, just the powder packets. No sugar substitute. No decaf coffee. Could be much better. Exercise room was not available, which I was counting on. Perhaps we will give it one more try."

"Stayed here for 2 nights in a one bedroom with our two puppies. I really appreciated that they put us in a room near an exit as I requested. With puppies, you have to get them out the door quickly in the morning. All went well. Rooms were very clean. 3rd floor which was a new one for my pups, using the elevator up after walks. All went well. Beds were comfortable; linens seemed new or just in really good shape. Ample bathroom space. I really appreciated that the (at least in the pet friendly room) there was vinyl tile floors. I was worried about having puppies but that put me at ease. Location was great, quiet, off the main thoroughfare but easy access to the Clear Lake area. Nice property especially for the price."

"I had a very pleasant stay here! I was down in Houston for my son’s school trip to NASA and the Kemah boardwalk. I spent about 3 days here and it was enjoyable. It was a pretty fair and affordable price. But that did reflect a slight bit on the quality of the hotel. However what was most important to me and really stuck out was the kindness from the manager he also might have been the owner I’m not completely sure. And the kindness and amazing service I received from the housekeeping staff as well. I was very impressed! The manager was friendly and helped answer my questions. I was out of things for my room at one point and he made sure to restock me with supplies. I remember him pointing us to the pool when we were trying to find it also. He was helpful and friendly. It meant alot! I also loved the housekeeping staff! The super sweet housekeeping staff came to my room every day to help me! They were so kind and thoughtful! They came every day to check on us to see if we needed to throw any trash away they also always restocked me and gave me extra towels as well. That really meant a lot to me! I remember one of the days i was there I believe the manager actually was making the housekeeping rounds and helped assist in helping with housekeeping. I thought that was very nice and involved for a manager to help with housekeeping. I also loved how surprisingly comfortable the beds are here! I had the best sleep ever!"
