Exceptional stay for most economic price

I stayed in so many hotels across the world but this is one of the best experience I had. The hotel is so clean, the room service is amazing. Moreover the owners of the hotel are amazing. Excellent food quality, hygiene beautiful view. I would love to rate this 10 out of 10 in all aspects.

We had an amazing time! The owners are super warm and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful views from the common area lounge on the second floor. The location is perfect, you can explore the whole coffee region…super close to Salento and Valle del Cocora. Filandia and Armenia are only 20 minutes away. We stayed 8 days with our children, and they loved it. So much to do and see, we will be back for sure and would definitely stay here again!

This quaint property located just outside of Solento is 7 years old and recently took on new management. The hotel currently has 6 guest rooms, each room was extremely clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. Located outside the rooms is a lovely sitting area with scattered seating and couches including a tea and coffee station. The outside dining area is absolutely beautiful featuring tables running alongside the river providing a serene environment. The host and owner Andres was the most wonderful, accommodating, friendly, caring and thankful person we have ever met in the hospitality scene. As well travelled people, this speaks volumes, he could not do more for us and was so grateful that we chose Tierra Maravilla. If I was to criticise anything, my only comment would be that the food at the restaurant wasn’t great but with several eateries close by and the town only a 10 minute drive away, we did have other choices. The rooms don’t have block out blinds but the sound of the river lulled us all to sleep. The nights are very quiet but you may hear some road noise in the mornings. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el recibimiento fue espectacular. Nos ayudaron con las maletas y estuvieron súper atentos desde antes de nuestra llegada, incluso nos enviaron mensajes por WhatsApp para guiarnos y asegurarse de que no nos perdiéramos. Jenny y Andrés se lucieron con su atención, fueron increíbles. Desde el primer momento nos dieron recomendaciones personalizadas para visitar el Valle del Cocora, Salento y Filandia. Además, ¡los desayunos deliciosos y nos los llevaban hasta la habitación! Mi esposo quedó encantado con cada detalle. La habitación fue súper cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día de paseos, y las instalaciones del hotel estaban siempre limpias y muy bien organizadas. Se nota el cuidado en cada rincón. También nos recomendaron visitar los termales de Santa Rosa y ellos mismos se encargaron de comprarnos las entradas. No tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada, solo disfrutar. Todo lo pagamos al hacer el check-out, lo cual fue súper cómodo. Recomendamos este hotel a ojo cerrado. Su atención es de otro nivel. Si pudiéramos darle 100 estrellas, lo haríamos. ¡Gracias chicos por hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia espectacular!

Este hotel es espectacular, empezando por sus administradores: Jenny y Andrés. Son excelentes anfitriones, amables, siempre dispuestos. Continuamos con la hermosa decoración, todo súper limpio, las comodidades son espectaculares, todo esto te hace sentir como en casa. Realmente no dudaría en volver y recomendártelo . This hotel is spectacular, starting with its administrators: Jenny and Andrés. They are excellent hosts, friendly, always willing. We continue with the beautiful decoration, everything super clean, the comforts are spectacular, all this makes you feel at home. I really wouldn't hesitate to come back and recommend it to you.
