"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

Nous avons particulièrement aimé le spa et le petit déjeuner avec dans les deux cas un personnel irréprochable et attentif. Cependant le reste du personnel n'était pas au niveau pour un 5* surtout pour le prix que l'on paye (manque de sourire et d'engouement, professionnels mais nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils n'étaient pas heureux de travailler). Allerdings insgesamt intensives 20er Jahre Flair mit allem drum und dran. Gefühl wie in Miss Marple Film. Etwas gruselig fand ich die lebensechten Porzellan Hunde auf jeder Etage."
