"Excellent stay, very easy to get to from the airport on the free shuttle provided by the hotel or the free airport shuttle, not greatly signposted from the road, however only a couple of minute walk from the bus stop. "Good comfortable hotel and very convenient for an overnight before or after a flight. Five minutes drive to the Malpensa airport. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. We had dinner as well which also was excellent. Both, the food and the service were excellent. The hotel has a bar too. Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking on site and free which eas a bonus for us considering having to pay between 15 and 25 Euros per day for overnight parking almost everywhere we went Suited us perfectly...

"O local é lindo e muito confortável, tem uma vista privilegiada do Lago Maggiore. O atendimento muito cortez e gentil. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama boa , box com tamanho bom. O estacionamento é bem espaçoso e tranquilo. O café da manhã é muito saboroso, com o café e suco feitos ns hora."

"Everything is perfect. Only if they provide shuttle service more frequently that would be perfect. When I request the shuttle service I was told 6am and 7 am shuttles were full and next one will be 11am. I have to take taxi instead."

"Shuttle to hotel only runs every hour during the afternoon, so if you miss it by four minutes don’t be tempted to walk. The location seems close to the airport but it is not easily walkable. The hotel is pretty rundown and unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean. There is an onsite restaurant for dinner and the option for breakfast, which was convenient. WiFi was iffy, and we lost power a few times. Happy to have a nice shower and good AC. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was on time and...

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking...
