"The view from the upper rooms of the ocean is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable and the small kitchen space has the basics of what you need. The patio space is shared with other units (although some bamboo provides a bit of privacy) so others smoking &/or having loud conversations can affect the tranquility. The surrounding area is farmland so it is very tranquil. The lodge is under renovation/construction - something we didn’t know. But the work stops in the afternoon so there was no issue....

"The view!!! While deciding where to stay in the Azores, I do not think the reviews were clear about the view at this location. Truly, the view was amazing. We were lucky that our room had an incredible view, but the view can be enjoyed from many places throughout the resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
