Très bel hôtel et bien situé avec pleins de choix de restaurants au proche. Le fumage dans les entrées est malheureusement très présent et désagréable . L'odeur ne ment pas! Notre chambre donnait sur le stationnement directement au dessus de l’entrée et l’odeur entrait par notre fenetre ouverte car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre la clim etant inefficace.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et correctement équipée. La séparation entre le lit double et les deux lits simples est un gros plus. Seul point négatif, le matelas est très dur. Situé face à un centre commercial, idéal pour faire des achats.

You get what you pay for with this room. Having said that we selected this room because of the price so shouldn’t complain. Check in was fully automated (keypad inside left of door) and was not to difficult. The room was very small but was able to fit our family. The room was fairly clean but there are no amenities (kettle, tea, microwave). Bathroom was fine and there were lots of towels. There is a lovely bakery and grocery store nearby and parking was easy.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Room was small for four people but so efficiently organized, we managed well. Beds were very comfortable. Room and hotel are very clean. I would go back if I was in Arras again.

La chambre que j avais réservé était spacieuse avec deux enfants en bas âges s était parfait Peu être manque une petite bouilloire pour prendre un café ou un thé dans la chambre La propreté de la chambre et le calme j ai beaucoup apprécié Le point négatif qui ne peu ne pas être un point négatif pour certain ses l odeur de la cigarette lorsque j ai ouvert la fenêtre pour aérer nous étions juste en dessous du sas d entrée Mais sinon nous avons passer un agréable week end

Extra toll charge, freezing room, miles away
We were arriving late and i was sent the codes for our room. That was fine but on arrival i couldn’t get in through the gate with my vehicle. So i went to look for help and the security guard was a very grumpy and reluctant to help me. He finally agreed to open the carpark gate for me and he walked the speed of a snail. Once in, i typed the codes in and paid the remaining balance and off to the room! The rooms where clean but absolutely freezing, i put the heating onto maximum and it run for about 3 minutes, no heat tho! It was so freezing in the room even the toilet seat was like sitting on a block of ice or one a public one thats in an out door block. After the first use i was desperately trying not to use it again because it was so cold. Even my daughter was cold and she is always boiling, she even asked for a cuddle to warm up! Its was freezing in there! The bed made a banging noise when we moved as if the legs were uneven and i tried to put things under the legs to help stop it and it was so annoying and i bet downstairs was annoyed too. I think if i wasn’t so exhausted after a day in Disneyland and then the 2 hour drive to here, i would have jumped i back in my van and found somewhere else! Sat nav took us to the hotel via an extra toll booth, so again an extra payment, magical mystery tour around what seemed like an industrial estate! Roundabout after roundabout, I thought it was going to be just off the motorway but it wasn’t.

Une petite nuit après un match à Lens. Arrivée vers 1 h du matin. Pas de problème pour rentrer. Petit déjeuner tres copieux et chambre tres correcte.

There is no on site staff for much of the day. Any problems you are on your own. The breakfast was very average. This is more of s business person's quick overnight stay. There are resaurants within walking distance but nothing very special. It suited us okay and it is readonably priced.

Great en route stop over!

Décevant, je ne le recommande pas....alors que celui de Rennes (ouest) était bien. Odeur de cigarette dans le sas d'entrée..Cabine de douche fuitait et poussières dans salle de bains

A fair priced good stay for a night. Tip: a clear direction-arrow where you have to tip in the accescode for entering your room at the reception-automatic.
