"Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. Since it is out of the way from downtown Puerto Princesa, and if you are planning to have a day...
