A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend.

The Arrochar Hotel is delightful. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a homely feel. I was surprised that several residents had dogs with them, so it's a dog friendly hotel. The lounge and bar area is cosy. One can choose to eat dinner in the lounge area near the bar, or in the dining room. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the lake. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely staff, making me feel at home when travelling on my own! The carpets and fittings are showing their age in places, but all very clean and comfy in the room. Nice view of the loch.

We chose this hotel when we had to visit the area for a funeral and thought it such good value that we stayed an extra night. We had a double Loch view room which was clean, warm and comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were excellent and whilst the food could not be described as Cordon Bleu it was tasty, freshly cooked and varied whilst the breakfasts were superb. The deal for the extra night was incredible so don't be put off by the price - there are many hotels charging...

The room was very clean, and a 5 star review for all the little extras/ little touches. A little jar of oat milk in the fridge was appreciated for my teas/coffees and also being vegan there was biscuits I could eat. The bed was comfy, and the location is lovely - lovely views of the loch and great location for local hiking and the botanical gardens. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. A lovely stay. Helen was warm and welcoming on my arrival. The room and en suite bathroom were exceptional and the addition of a small fridge with fresh milk and a bottle of water was a lovely touch. There were plenty of sockets and the and those on the bedside drawers also had usb ports which were extremely useful. The only adjustment I would have liked is that it would have been nice to have 4 pillows on the double bed rather than 2 pillows placed in the centre! Overall a lovely stay and...

Central, newly refurbed, car park nearby, good value only downsize is that it said it was dig friendly but the cost is £30 per night per pet, so dog slept in the car...

A cosy cabin decorated beautifully. Everything you’d needle for a night or two away exploring the area.

Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed

I booked this for a surprise birthday gift, my friend is from Norway and he absolutely loved it. It's like having your own private apartment, the room was spotless and cleaned every day. Good facilities, coffee machine, kettle with choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, small fridge in the room with two bottles of water, comfortable bed and the shower was fantastic. Booked a short notice overnight stay in one of the upgraded pods. It was very nice with a very nice location. It was really quiet and peaceful. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the staff wee attentive, accomodating and very polite. The food choice wasnt huge but the quality of the food was good. Lovely hotel in the heart of Luss village moments from Loch Lomand. The hotel had a lot of character and the menu in the restaurant was far more interesting than most hotels in the highlands. The staff on the desk were helpful. It was well priced for the quality. Breakfast was very nice.
