"While I understand the need for non-refundable policies (non-committal bookers, snow conditions etc), I would have expected the hotel to offer some flexibility given the exceptional circumstances when Heathrow airport was closed due to a fire. This could have been offered as a refund or a credit to stay at the hotel at another date, however the hotel offered no flexibility despite the circumstances. Book with caution. "

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. "Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "

"Nous étions dans le « lodge », comprendre petit studio au sous sol de la maison. Étant en partie enterré, ce studio est dans le noir et sent le moisi en permanence. La chambre est un placard dans lequel est inséré le lit (qui touche tous les murs. Le ménage est à désirer (arachnophobes s’abstenir !). Petit déjeuner très correct. Les propriétaires sont sympas mais baissent les bras… ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un rbnb. On a l’impression d’être chez mamie en vacances. Le prix est extrêmement...
