"All the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very helpful especially the lady on the front desk when we arrived who arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3 am the next morning Had a great meal at the restaurant. "To be honest I was quite disappointed due to an unpleasant smell coming from the room, I booked a few hours before flying and the images that were online didn’t represent what room I actually got, I did report the smell to the staff at the desk who wrote down and raised the issue with the workers but nothing was done about it, it was a smell coming from the bathroom that had a frowsy smell. The balcony view was toward other flats and blocks not ideal if you want to unwind."
