"Room and the property are just lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. It’s on a quiet street, walking distance to bus and metro, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast offerings were good, although some fresh fruit other than apples would have been appreciated. "The staff were unhelpful and did not implement any of the VIP access I actually booked the hotel for. We could not use the spa or sauna and after a long week of working hard, this was a real blow. We were told to book a week in advance. The restaurant was like getting into a Hollywood night-club(a bad one) Just when we thought Paris had changed, this place stepped up and ruined our fantasy. "When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine.
The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"I love the location of this boutique hotel! As a first-time visitor to Paris, it's like a second home away from home. I celebrated my 29th birthday in Paris, and I have no regrets booking my accommodation here. My room was clean, and the hotel has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes me want to go back. The staff at the desk and at the breakfast bar were hospitable and always ready to help. All bathroom and regular table amenities were provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"
