"Lovely hotel, would stay there again. However, don’t get the room next to the gym. So loud."

"All staff were wonderful and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner in the evening. We enjoyed the location. However, the pool towels and chair covers were old and had holes. There was a large clump of hair in the drain of the beach pool. Resort pool had some scum floating on top. Both pools were super hot and not refreshing. For the luxury hotel name you would think a chiller could be installed."

"The room was very comfortable. It's all contactless but I did make a phone call with them and they were helpful. If the weather was cooler the patio would have been a lovely place to relax but it was well into the 90s, which is too hot for me. The room AC was perfect."

"We came for a great overnight stay to enjoy the 7 Paintings dining experience. Unfortunately we did have a few issues with our room due to cleanliness. The front desk staff’s willingness to help said a lot. Housekeeping needs better leadership to ensure rooms are not in the state that we found ours in."

"The location is convenient, and that's about the only positive I can think of. Our sink was clogged when we got there and Mike did fix it right away. But that doesn't change the fact that the room was absolutely disgusting, Mold in the bathroom Stains on the bedding The pool was gross. There is no filtration system there for the eater so it taste like Sulphur I will spend more and stay elsewhere next time we are in the area"

"Everything was great, only thing for me was the ac in the room, I like it cold to sleep and the room never got cold. But, for others that like the temperature, they would have been fine. If we need to return to a sarasota hotel, id be back."

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."
