"It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around. "

"We had a wonderful stay recently, spending 5 days at the Ritz-Carlton. Our Club room was spacious and stocked with all the comforts of home. Our cleaner made it impeccable on a daily basis. "Room was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly upon check-in, and again during check-out. The outside noises of the cars and whistles from the local traffic was quite loud…however considering how busy the weekend of our booking was and how close we were to Scotiabank Arena it’s understandable. Staff did a great job with an add-on that was applied to the room it was beautiful! Really made our weekend quite special."
